Leinart is already a failure. The odds of him being successful here are astronomically low. We tried this once already with David Carr, I have no desire to see us try it again. We would be better off seeing if Clausen could improve. At least he has only had one bad year.

Yeah, when I think of teams that might be able to develop a quarterback that couldn't cut it elsewhere, Carolina isn't exactly the first team that comes to mind.
