I don't think you can really compare CJ and Pep. I think CJ is a very good player and will be even better with a solid DT. I would compare him to Rucker more than Pep. Better all around player, but will not make the amazing plays like Pep.

Imagine what this kid can do with Hayden or Johnson replaced with a better DT.

I think we bring in 2-3 DTs next season. Since we have been screaming for DTs in the draft and/or free agency for 3 years now, perhaps the new coach can convince Hurney that they are important.

He wasn't languishing on the bench. He just wasn't anything special until he broke out this year.
