Haha I can't believe some of you people think we should bench Gross and Kalil. I've been their biggest critic and yes, they have played like dog sh*t this year, but they are both absolutely Pro Bowl caliber guys and there are very few players at their respective positions better than them in the league. If you guys honestly think we can just go pick up an elite LT and an elite Center like it's no big deal you need to puff puff and pass that sh*t so we can all enjoy it.

I'm pretty happy for him. He's obviously well-respected by his peers, and opposing coaches think a lot of him. I don't think that many fans outside Charlotte know who he is, which pretty much tells me that he was voted in by those that know him the best.

For what its worth. The site commonly used here Profootballfocus. Also had Gross and Kali.

They had more then one bad game or two this season, and Gross is slightly overrated. But all in all Kali and Gross did not do anywhere as bad as some people suggest.

For those of you that hate on Jordan Gross you need to remember that he is coming off a major knee injury and is trying to block for a mental midget that doesn't understand the first thing about professional football. Its a wonder Clausen can even take a snap so to think that he can avoid a sack is unreasonable.

Gross is a LEGIT left tackle and will be for another 5-6 years.
