So now the government is stepping in and telling us we can't put our caulk in butts? This is an outrage.

At my old job a few years ago, I was the guy they always called on to lay the caulk. I could lay caulk better than anyone. I was trained by a very experienced guy. He taught me to take my time, and make it real smooth. My customers were usually surprised at how nice it was when I was finished.
