Anyone ever been to the NFL Draft?

Not getting much help on the Jets board, theganggreen.com, but they think Luck would be a good pick because his #s are almost as good as Sanchez's were. lol One guy said we should not give up on Clausen, and that he needs more help around him to be good. It is obvious they have not watched him play. lol

i have been there. both days. day two is only for the hardcore, it is very boring.

i went in 2008. it started at 4pm on saturday. i live in south jersey and left around 730, got there around 9ish and there was already a line. i was working so im not sure how it goes when they started letting people in or how they did it. im thinking noon or 1pm the doors opened.

and how do you have to deal with the jets fans? they arent that bad.

If Luck declares I am going to give it my all to try to get there. I was hoping someone on here had been before and knew how it all worked. Like what time you need to arrive to get a seat, when they let you in, How to deal with all the Jets fans, any info would be great. I have always wanted to go, and now with a chance to really get a star player, seems like the best time to go.

Anyone else think they might go?

I think to get in you have to take a number, and they don't let you in on a first-come first-serve basis... I thought I heard a story about that last year or the year before... that you have to get your number drawn to actually get in...
