Sweet.

I want the win. If not the win, I want their starters limping into the postseason.

We're playing the role of the '08 Saints, the Falcons of '08 us, and the Saints, the '08 Falcons. I hope the outcome is different than it was in week 17 of '08.

This sentence is completely incoherent. revision please

poo bird central is probably in core meltdown mode right now. Hence mr single digit post count hanging around here.

I was banned from there.I am from the "ainti-Vick" crowd and I got out of hand with them ..lol..Hey it was a tough game, definately not the blow out I saw predicted by most Saints fans.Take away Turners fumble and who knows?

At least I don`t have to hear "you can`t beat the same NFL team 3 times in a row" from the Saints fans now..lol

I expect a good game.I expect the better team to win Sunday..

38-7 Falcons:D

Not really. In '08, going into week 17, the Panthers had not locked up the South yet, the Falcons were one game behind us. In order for the Falcons to take the South, they were reliant on the lowly Saints to beat us in week 17.

The Saints couldn't get the job done.

Clausen has one chance to prove something....anything....let him be a gunslinger.

Be nice if we could see something out of him... The birds defensive front 4 can seriously get after the QB. He will be running for his life and he's not as mobile as Breez...If he can consistantly get the ball to a receiver in less than 2 seconds it will be worth watching. I think 6 batted balls and 5 sacks coming for him.

Guys, expect the unexpected. I think Fox will throw the entire playbook at the crows. Who knows... I would not be surprised to see a lot of Wildcat and even AE activated. Even if we have a belated Christmas miracle and win , don't worry if will not change our course for the draft as far as QB.

BETTER DAYS ARE COMING!

Yeah.....that 3rd page should really fool'em. :D In truth I've been waiting for

this for sometime this season but, more than likely.... we'll still be trying to

establish the run, down by 17 in the early stages of the 4th qt.

    • You can have 3 QBs on the roster, even if one is protected on the PS. I get that this is how it's done now in the NFL, but it doesn't mean it's a good idea. NfL teams also throw rookies in before they're ready, BY being a perfect example, instead of sitting them and letting them learn.  I understand Daltons presence, but he is not the future at the backup position. So it is in our best interests to churn through potential QBs to find someone with backup potential for when Dalton is gone, if BY is still the starter, to learn as QB2 at that time.  I like to get ahead
    • Also, the new regime in the front office is absolutely dog shit. Pure, unadulterated dog shit. Any connection I had there quit the franchise long ago because of the horrible work environment. So yeah, that ship has sailed. Lol
    • I still think people look at how Bryce ended the season wrong. Yes, he was clearly a million times better than he was as a rookie or even the start of last season, but he was still miles away from being some great QB.  He was a serviceable game manager who did some nice things, but he still wasn't a "#1 draft pick that you trade the farm for" type of player. Again, I'm never going to root for his failure, I'm rooting for him to become the best QB in the league as long as he's a Panther.  But he's still more on the wrong side of the fence at the moment for being our long term QB solution, he has to prove he can be that FAR more than the opposite, as he hasn't done anything yet to earn that distinction.
