He could be, but you just have to take the chance. If the opportunity is there to get someone like Brady or Manning, you have to take it. Those players don't come around often, and they don't get traded or released...unless you're the Chargers. If it blows up in your face, oh well, at least you went for it. Anyone who has had to live with a giant puss of a head coach for 9 years should understand that.
