Decent salary pay, luckily I don't have to work any weekends unless I want to take on the work and I'm paid time and a half. I usually don't work more than 45 hrs a week, which gives me more time to be with friends and family. When I want to make more money and work more hours then I'll get another job.

yeah. design technician is my official title, but i have an engineering degree. currently contracting with a great hourly rate, but the only benefits I have are medical and dental. trying to get on full time so where to get the vacation, holidays, pension, tuition reimbursement, etc.

I have decent benefits but this along with location is what I will focus on for my next company, unless I find something to start up outside of engineering.
