The Panthers are on the clock...

Mr. Scot

The Patriots own 2 1sts, 2 2nds and 2 3rds in the 2011 draft thanks in part to the Raiders and Panthers.

That would be the difference between a team with good management and the Panthers and Raiders.

anytime the pats come up to trade with you, you have to realize at that point it's not for your benefit

JR not cheap but he wont tie up that much money on one player again. Taking Luck and him being a bust is bigger than passing on him and he being the next Manning. We need a QB but we dont need a Super QB. Just someone that can make the plays would be enough. We need a #1 WR along with a great DT. The second round pick we get would help the offensive line or Secondary.

Great QBs make great teams/coaches

Tom Brady - wins with nobodies

P Rivers - wins with backups

P Manning - wins with practice squad

If we can get a great QB, why not now. If he's there you gotta take a chance. But he wont declare so nevermind.

We had Jake for 7 years so what does that tell you. Like I said lets see what QB's become available in Free Agency. Vick,Mcnabb, and Palmer could all be available. Rather would grab one of them then a NFL unproven QB. Smart move is to trade down and do that.

Vick? Vick might be available? Think JR would pick him up? I'd take vick over luck any day.

Honestly, I'm hoping we trade our first rounder for The Golden Calf of Bristol and another 1st. Don't even tell me a double wild cat with The Golden Calf of Bristol and Armanti doesn't get you hard.

i just jizzed a little.

you know something. armanti is left handed. The Golden Calf of Bristol is left handed. vick is left handed. we should just target a left handed qb. might be something to it.

Will all the teams that could be picking #1, you would have to think the Panthers are not a bad place to go. I am all on the Luck bandwagon.... lets go Andrew - declare for the draft and make all that can be good in Panther land.

hate to rain on the happy parade, but he's gonna pull a Manning and demand a trade.

I mean aside from blind pessimism and maybe a desire to piss people off is there really any reason to think this? Lots of good players come out of college and get drafted by bad teams. Very few pull that kind of stunt.
