God forbid this is the way the Draft shakes out

The one with the least value. Gotcha.

No one knows 100 percent if any of these guys will amount to squat in the NFL.  Warren could be the next Gronk or La Porta. He could also be a so so Hayden Hurst. I'm all for BPA at our pick. We need D but we shouldn't pass on him due to a need somewhere else, reaching is cheating yourself.

Draft winds just changed with the saints having QB carr problems.... fyi they pick 9

That must be the reason for Dan/Brandt looking into mid-late first rounders. Be nice to land a near BY package to prevent the sinats form adding a QB this draft!!!

Add in cousins already getting 10 million and due 27.5 guaranteed, LOLOLOLOLOLOLs. Better pray penix is a god.....

In this scenario, a team wanting a QB becomes an opportunity to trade down if the opportunity is there and compensation good enough

My justification is simple, I have seen several tier rankings of the DEs. After the top 2 or 3, well. The depth is good

If no trade back then and staying at 8

1. Take BPA regardless of position and in this case OT trumps WRs…learn from Philly  build that line  and  Moton  isnt getting any younger

2 or defense is the focus, the line would  be great but, best cornerback available, and CB trumps most other Def positions

let’s face it, Horn does have his history

….and i dont know about you all, but im sick of seeing Evans running through the secondary like Secretariat in the Belmont Stakes

If it came right down to brass tacks and this was the scenario, I would prefer to go with the LT. Not only because I tend to agree that if you can build dominating lines, it allows the team to operate. I also think that it is a very Panthers thing to have a LT that has a weakness in pass blocking, but we just hope with all our being that he gets better. We could play him at a strength instead of tolerating a weakness.

This is the least likely thing to happen in the Panthers draft, and I would instead expect to say "Hello, Mykel!"

Why would we take him when we could take Tyler Warren? Warren is both a receiver and a tight end? Pair him with Sanders and you have a pretty damn good tight end room that provides you a ton of flexibility.

I really like Warren but saying he’s a WR is quite a stretch. He’s a really good blocking TE and is willing to do literally everything on the field. Finds soft spots in the zone very well but isn’t the receiving threat Bowers or Pitts was coming out. I’d be happy with him at 8 but don’t think we should be under any impression he solves our lack of talent at the WR position.

Doesn't matter who he is. TE doesn't have top 10 value. Period.
