My wife got it for me for Christmas and so far I have played the sports game with football... I like it but it is still in the early stages...

You know they're eventually come out with C.O.D. games on it, and then you'll have to stand up and stalk/shoot your prey!

Its great if you have a family and little kids. Something we can all do together during the winter months that does not involve sitting on our asses.

We played this at my Aunt & Uncle's on Christmas Eve and are now considering getting an xbox just for the kinect! It's awesome!

The Wii only tracks the controller. The kinect tracts your whole body. Just moving your hand up and down counts as a squat on the wii. Just sayin'

Not until they improve the technology to track your body turning. There's a party game (can't think of the name of it) with a football game where you hit moving targets while avoiding rushers. If you juke to the right while throwing to the left, the kinect can't track that arm movement. The ball will go sailing off to the right.

The technology has a long way to go before you can play COD. How would you check your 6?

That's a software issue. Unfortunately some of these games were developed by companies without the right sort of people to adapt the Kinect tech fully. Certain games seem to be much more accurate than others.
