Universal whine about Clausen thread

I think Bruschi was dead on with the potential aspect. He literally has not improved anything in his game since he first went under center. It's too easy to point out things he's doing wrong in a given game, but the fact that he can't seem to fix any errors throughout the season tells something, he's simply not ready to be a starting QB for us or in the NFL.

it doesnt have to be a reciever, it can be tight end or running back, i have seen many rookies do this, even Mark Sanchez did this.

I understand rookies stare down players. In this case, staring down a tight end when you have Steve Smith on the field is just bad QB play. 16 weeks into the season being a rookie isn't a valid excuse for that.

yeah, after half a season u give up on a rookie...it's all about clausen, the whole team is ok-playoff-caliber, it's only on clausen/moore/edwards/forgot his name.

That is a requirement for playing QB for the Panthers. How you think Delhomme kept his job for so long? outside of blackmail Fox/suck Fox's dick to stay in/Bojangles revenue

I've found his problem.

If you look very closely, you can notice his hands are slightly smaller than normal. Unfortunately, this limits his down field throws to about 4 yards. Also, the nerves in his hands let him know when defenders are approximately 6 feet away, which explains his tendency to to fall forward just as a defender gets within that range, or basically .0001 seconds after the ball is snapped.

Moore can change his decision making. Clausen can't change his terrible throws.
