Just about anything Mozart is a win.

I took three years of music theory, and we studied him extensively. He broke just about every rule of classical harmonization, but intertwined it so carefully, and intelligently into his pieces, no one could tell.

My general rule of thumb with music is you learn the rules first, then you learn how to break them.
