Canes are looking good so far. I hoped we would beat Gill for the hit on Ruutu.

The Cole penalty was what did it in for the Canes. I really don't understand the refs. Tlusty gets hit the same way Cole hit the Hab guy, except Cole's hit looked more legal than the other guy and the puck was only gone for half a second, yet Cole gets 5 and nothing for the other. The call is what cost us the game. At least we looked good for the most part of the game.

It was a bullshit penalty. A minor at best, but no penalty was the correct call.
