Well, DWill is making 2.1 mill this year I believe. The FT number for running backs is ~ 8 million. I don't think we want to pay that.

No way you get a 1st for him when you're in that tag-and-trade position, especially not a top 10 pick where AJ Green will be drafted. With the draft upcoming teams would rather look to get a young guy there.

Best you can do is resign him longterm, hopefully for a reasonable deal and maybe before TC starts trade him away to a desperate team that missed all the prospects they wanted in the draft and FA.

Even then you're real lucky to net a future 2nd.

Panthers with 3 first round picks? Deffinately a possibility. If they tag and trade Dwill and Steven Smith. No way they keep Goodson, Stewart and Dwill. They could amass 3 first round picks. Which would give me the biggest stiffy ever.
