I don't doubt they like the guy. I do doubt they all think he is a great coach.

Might be fluff but Fox has always had a reputation of being extremely loyal to his players. And these are good coach comments not just good guy comments although it could all just be politics...

Having said that there never seems to be a shortage of players willing to criticize the coach when the team sucks. Haven't heard any of that about fox as far as I can recall.

A coach is really a leader. Figure out a way to convince your troops to go to battle for you... take a bullet for you... and frankly you are most of the way there. Xs and Os are beside the point as the leader should have people to make those things happen.

Its not Fox's fault our front office traded away most of our vets, left us with no experience at QB and didn't sign any free agents to fix our problems.
