All of those teams in the playoffs have pretty good QB's. They all are at the top of the league or close.All of them have coaches that have been an Offensive or Defensive Coordinator so that worked out well.A couple of them are stable franchises.But it is as plain and simple to have a good team an playoff team you have to have a good QB. But your head coach has the biggest role of all.He has to coach snd he has to have a pretty good coaching staff.

I think carolina has to make a decision soon, because if it drags out we mght not be able to put together a coaching staff for who ever the coach be,witch i hope its between Ron Rivera or Rob Ryan.Dont get me wrong i like Fewell but i dont know if he is a right fit for our team because in NY he had alot of talent on Defense and our talent pull really isnt as good as theres to be honest.Especially d-line wise and secondary.

I was trying to get to the point that coaching is, as you said the most important and coaches also understand that they also need that great QB. Which is why both go hand in hand!
