I think the life has been sucked out of the panthers an just what happen, will really leave the team with huge questions. What we have on our hand in Carolina is now a mess.An the guys they are looking at as a Head Coach i dont believe can fix it.

Im hoping for more candidates,I would be totally shocked if it were Rob Ryan ,I just cant see the personalities meshing.Rivera cetainly has shown the most success when you look at the bottom line .but who will bring the right ideas and plan to get Panthers back

on track to the interview,according to Fewell's bio from observer ,he sounds like he will be

prepared and very well might impress in interview process.

ok I know that this not the thread for this but why don't JR fire marty and mr morrison and hire gruden and cowhers . cowhers for gm and gruden for prez. Now this is wishful thinking but with those two leading our team we sure would be great with cowhers as gm and gruden as prez they can help the new coach find his staff and put there mark on it

Like I said in the Offensive Coordinator thread, I doubt JR will go after Henning, and I'm fine with it.

JR may have really meant it when he said that the league has changed (which it has) and it's time for the Panthers to catch back up.

Molding ourselves back into the "Fox"-ball era is the last thing we need. Our new HC needs to go a different route, and be a breath of fresh air.

spranio and henning here in carolina spranio as HC and henning as OC and the gaints DC as our DC wow what u think about that atleast spranio was in the thick of the plyoff contention until this yr so I say he will fit right in with us here and henning back in the booth as OC
