While I realize that Fox is the partially accountable for the demise of this years Panthers and understand the excitement around getting a new coach.

I am not very optimistic on the quality of coach we can attract if Marty Hurney is making the personal decisions and JR is waiting until the CBA to loosen the purse strings.

So my question is why is everyone so excited about a new coach with the current management and JRs philosophy in place?

Will it matter who we get with a dumbass like Hurney making personal decisions?I would be more excited if we were discussing our next GM
