Its too early to give up on Clausen..let him sit behind a vet and Luck and see what he has in a better situation..Moore serves no purpose as the #3 QB..We need a vet with a lot of game experience..

No it isn't. If he finishes the season w/ the caliber play we have seen Carolina would be better off keeping Moore. If we draft Luck, he is the future......not Clausen. Clausen is too flawed. Sometimes that happens and you draft crap. Hanging on to crap just b/c you drafted it isn't a good thing. He shouldn't be playing great football right now as a rookie.....but there is no excuse for how horrific he is.

I just dont think we would be better off keeping Moore if we have a good vet behind Luck..Moore could be a quality backup but the #3 QB on a lot of teams is usually the project player that you hope can develop into something..That would be Clausen..IMO

I think it's more of the Moore has won games as a back up logic.

A good option for a 1 game or so spot start? sure

Moore had his bell rang in the 1st game(wasnt quite the same after that) and they pulled him way too early.

I think this would be an ideal scenario especially if we continue to carry a KOS in addition to Kasay. Armanti Edwards could serve as a viable 3rd QB.

I agree only one will stay (Moore or Jimmy). I will not debate which is better because that's not the point. They both suck. But what we all need to realize is that one has a contract and the other does not. Saves a headache to just keep one bum, instead of trying to trade one and sign one.
