Nah, Clausen serves no purpose. I don't care about the depth chart.

Luck/Penny/Moore is fine with me. Clausen doesn't pass the eye test. You can watch undrafted guys like Moore as rookies play and Clausen is just bad. Clausen just ain't going to be do anything in this league. No point wasting a roster spot if he finishes out these next 3 games like he has been playing. Moore would serve a better purpose here if the coach drafts a QB and brings in a real vet.

I wonder if a team like Oakland would take a chance on Clausen. They have an established vet and could let clausen sit and learn for a couple seasons before doing anything with him. Plus we know how much Al Davis loves overrated players

Its too early to give up on Clausen..let him sit behind a vet and Luck and see what he has in a better situation..Moore serves no purpose as the #3 QB..We need a vet with a lot of game experience..
