Even if we win we are still in the driver seat for the #1 Pick.

Every other team other than Cincinnati have won 3 games and since Cincy beat us we are still #1.

That's not the tiebreaker. The tiebreaker is strength of schedule, weaker schedule gets the #1 pick. Right now, Bengals have the lower strength of schedule by 1 game.
