This was the first game I got to watch all year on TV so far

i think if this team were 6-7 or 5-8, those break downs would be more illuminating because that shows the difference between winning and losing.

this team has so many holes and such a bad culture right now i can't wait till they get the offseason enema going.

Our Linebacker blitzes don't seem to ever work but I'm beginning to understand the problem. There's just no holes that open up for the Linebackers to come through. If you look at successful blitzing teams, there are holes that open up due to stunts and swim moves by the D-line that forces the Oline to open up. We don't seem to do that. Most of the time when a Blitzing LB gets there it's usually Anderson off the edge because you don't have to worry about holes in the middle opening up. There's just no reason to send 7 and all get blocked by 6 people. Someone should be coming in free.

2nd half

1 -10 2 WR, 2 TE, RB, spy zone, move Gonzalez across, guard gets out, chips Jordan senn, locks up beason, turner cuts it outside, 10 yards. Good blocking, good execution by falcons. Panthers were in a 4-3 zone

1st – 10 – 2WR, 1TE, FB, RB. Panthers show in 4-3 zone. Run blitz to weak side, play action roll out strong side. Godfrey step for step with Gonzalez showing great coverage skills, eyes on ryan hand on the TE. Johnson blows up the dude trying to block him, him and Beason almost get to Ryan, pass thrown out of bounds.

2nd and 10 – 3 WR, FB RB, 4-3 cover 2, FB lead, run blitz stuffs it, beason there first.

3rd and 10 – 4 WR, TE, panthers look like they;’re in a cover 1 man, lots of space, Anderson blitzes, munnerlyn hits roddy white on a square in. good tackle. Perfect play fro the situation, though I think the falcons just ran double crosses. That’s a madden play.
