Thomas Davis, Jon Beason, and James Anderson is just a ridiculously good starting group of linebackers.

Otah is also a massive upgrade over Garry Williams no slight to Williams intended as he has done a fair job considering what I expected of him.

You know, Cowher coming on as HC doesn't necessarily mean we switch to a 3-4 defense especially if we don't have the personnel to run it like he would want.

I think Thomas Davis was a huge loss for our defense, I like Dan Connor but I don't think he can do as good as a job as Beason can. I miss Otah but when he comes back next year I just can't help but wonder how long he will stay healthy.
