Not a big name, but one to file away in memory is free safety Paul Oliver.

He was a four year player that saw some increased playing time in Rivera's defense this past season.

The Chargers aren't expected to hang on to him (per CBS Rapid Reports).

Could serve as a decent backup and maybe help tutor guys like Godfrey and Martin in Rivera's way of doing things.

Mankins doesn't do anything for me, I'd like someone a bit younger we could keep in the fold for 5-6 years.

Coefield would be a good addition, I've always liked him as a NT, run stopper type. Landri and actually showed some promise, I'd take him over Hayden. CJ, Fairley, Landri and Hardy on known passing downs could be fun to watch.

i feel really good about our d line in maybe 2-3 years, when our team gets older think how great our d is going to be

brown, hardy, fairley, johnson, norwood, i feel they could all be big name guys and could make our d great, and if we get a second good corner next to gamble, with our linebackers, and our young safeties getting better we're gonna be great if these guys get as good as they should

I'm always hesitant about free agents from New England. They don't have a great history.

Especially OL honestly because a lot of teams are stupidly too scared to pressure Brady (this despite the fact that the teams that haven't been afraid to pressure him are the ones that have beaten him).

I'd give Mankins a look, but with the "buyer beware" mantra in my head.

Looking at the FA TightEnd class I think Kevin Boss and McMicheal are my favs.

Miller and Lewis will be extremely expensive to pull away from their respective teams.

Owen Daniels has a glass knee.

Kevin Boss has been consistent, he wouldn't be expensive, and he would be guaranteed a key role in the offense.

McMicheal has always been consistent and he has played under Chudzinkski which is a plus.

Resign Rosario and we're set.

Thanks.

What I got from that was a couple were traded, a couple were old, a couple wanted out no doubt about it and a couple were mixed or a combo of the other answers.

Not very many moved though unless it was a bad situation for them (Peppers, Marshall Cutler and Broncos, McNabb) or they were getting older (Dawkins, Peterson, Gonzalez, etc).

We had Walker here for a year or so.

Jacksonville just released a tackle named Jordan Black. He's a "utility " type that can play multiple spots but from what I've read he sounds like a guy who's better at guard.

I mention him in part because he graduated from Vanderbilt while Warren Belin was still coaching there (other side of the ball, granted).
