Jets assistant coach is dirty and should be fired

look, it's one thing to make a momentary mistake where you do something stupid as poo, aka tripping a player. that is something you get fined for, you apologize for, you get suspended for, but hell, it was a dumb mistake.

now, though, it's clear that he had actually decided to create that "wall" of players, and that makes his action in tripping the dolphin seem not just a dumb, spur-of-the-moment decision, but part of an actual plan to create a sideline obstruction... yeaaaah.

good riddance. I'm sorry, I never like to see someone lose a job. Maybe other teams do it too, but it shouldn't be allowed that close to the field of play.

Quite the contrary really. Out of curiosity, what is your profession?

BTW - You realize NFL players are REQUIRED to do community service right? That means Cortland Finnegan too.

I am a doctor.

Your entire post is misguided.

Finnegan had to get special permission from Fisher to do this as it was possible he would be late for practice.

It was not part of the mandated community service which you and I both know is photo-op sanitized, cush hours, quick hitter stuff...not pushing somebody in a wheelchair 5k.

Use your head.

I am a doctor.

No wonder people have to wait an hour at the doctor's office.. They're waiting on their Dr. to finish posting on forums.. ..or are you a dentist? ..or are you a Phd???

Nevertheless, I'm sure you've never prescribed the wrong drug to a person or planted a cap on a tooth that fell off the next day or advised a student in the wrong direction or shilled some new drug because you get a kickback from it.. No, you're clean as a whistle, I'm sure... All while still accepting that hefty paycheck I'm sure you receive... Yep, you are what we should all strive to be.

Your entire post is misguided.

WTF?

Finnegan had to get special permission from Fisher to do this as it was possible he would be late for practice.

It was not part of the mandated community service which you and I both know is photo-op sanitized, cush hours, quick hitter stuff...not pushing somebody in a wheelchair 5k.

So you're saying he did a little extra? Big deal.

From the article YOU posted...

Kelsey had surgery a month ago for a rare form of cancer and met Finnegan when he visited hospital patients and she was taking chemotherapy.

..which I'm sure was with a group of players anyway..

Use your head.

??? Really??

Because as I have stated, I don't care what these goofs do off the field anymore.

Then why even bring up Cortland Finnegan?

So Finnegan's actions off the field negate the bad stuff he did on the field? But the bad stuff a strength and conditioning coach did ON THE FIELD can never be undone, no matter what he does? If anything, it should be the other way around.

GTFOutta here.. You make me laugh, Doc.

At the end of the day, am I defending his actions? No. I just find it really funny what you're willing to forgive, and the circumstances surrounding each..
