Keep Schwartz as a backup

Get a new LT through FA or draft

Draft a tackle and a guard

Load up on OL through free agency

Then we'll have better Luck next season.

at this point in the season people are still too stupid to know that our problems are deeper than the QB.

We may have other problems.. but Clausen is definitely not the answer to them. I'd say he has regressed. He's capable of making big time throws when he needs to but any other time he won't do it. Whether Jeff Davidson is calling the plays or not, it's Clausen's decision making that leads to dumpoffs vs hitting receivers down field. You can seriously go through the play by play and count how many times he has thrown the ball short instead of intermediate or deep. our offense DEPENDS on the intermediate (7-15 yards) passing game. If he can't hit those, he has no business being here.

Oline is a problem. But he's doing nothing to take advantage of when the oline gives him time. If you have time, hit someone deep. Not, if you have time. sit there.. wait.. wait.. throw it away.

Back away from the cliff. At this point, what is the alternative. You would really rather see St. Pierre out there. The front office needs to get a good look at Clausen so they know what to do in the offseason.

Look at the year Brett Favre had without any receivers. He was garbage too and he is one of the best if not the best QB to play football and he even struggled without receivers and protection.

I hear you, Claussen does not look good, but he isn't getting any help that ROOKIE QBs RELY ON. Plus, the Panthers aren't in the NFC West.
