Vick leads all players in probowl voting

Well Darin Gantt was probably too busy submitting write-in votes for Armanti Edwards at every Pro Bowl Position...so I wouldn't consider his stance as being with the times. But here's some reading for you to prove the talk exists.

USA Today: http://content.usatoday.com/communities/thehuddle/post/2010/12/nfl-mvp-watch-tom-brady-now-at-head-of-the-class/1

Yahoo who rates Vick as the #1 candidate: http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/The-NFL-MVP-race-Michael-Vick-and-the-rest?urn=nfl-286682

James Brown of CBS thinks Vick could be NFL MVP:

Sporting News lists him as the favorite:

Bloomberg reports that Vegas odds are getting lower for Vick to win MVP

And this is not even counting talk radio, message boards, random bloggers, etc.

Thanks. I honestly hadn't heard about it. I mostly keep up with my sports news from ESPN headlines, ESPN Radio, occasional local radio, and whatever links are on here, but I hardly ever check the opinion pieces and all...

As you saw, I only referenced DG and Mike and Mike as where I haven't heard it, lol... So, thanks again.

I hope he wins it. I respect Brady's game, but F him, he's already got too much going for him lol.

#1 in Pro Bowl votes? *shrug*

Vick has started 9 games and thrown for 2200 yards.

Phillip Rivers has started 12 games and passed for 3600 yards.

Tom Brady has started 12 games and passed for 3000 yards with 27 TDs and 4 picks.

So Vick #1, me thinks not.

Vick will start in the NFC, Brady will start in the AFC. Rivers may start if Tom decides to sit it out again. Vick is the most popular player in the game this season which is why he's getting the most votes.
