One thing to consider if they do hire Grimm, they ran a hybrid using some 4-3 and 3-4 elements depending on the situation. I could see us doing something like that rather than switching from a 4-3 to 3-4 all at once. But for me if they ran a Sean McDermott type 4-3 here, I would be a happy man.

Agreed but if you want to talk good draft- lets talk Dumervil from Denver who was a 4th rounder who at the end of his 4th year- last year- had 43 sacks and 129 tackles. He had 8.5 sacks as a rookie and in his 4th year (2009) had 17 sacks.
