Note: Rooting for the Panthers to lose this week is a fan law violation

how about people hoping that we win just so we don't get the first pick in the draft cause they are afraid of drafting luck?

whose worse...the fan who wants a team wo win a couple meaningless games despite the potential to get a #1 pick in the draft and get someone who can seriously improve the team or the fan that is ok with losing a couple meaningless games because they know the long term effects will be positive?

I hope we win, but I also hope that Cincy, Buffalo, and Detroit win. :P

After watching the last game vs. Seattle, I am pretty confident that the team will lose out and get the #1 pick overall. :ihih:

Buffalo is probably the only team with a legitimate shot at winning this week.

Secretly and logically, I want them to lose for that pick and the right to pick Luck; but, fact is, there are two other pretty good QBs in this draft, not named Locker or Luck.

For the young players on that team, and for the fans who make the drive Sunday, I hope for a great game, for Clausen to take control, for the defense to be able to overcome Beason not being there, but, that's emotion, not logic.

The Falcons take this game, not trying hard to do it sadly...but, honestly, for all the love shown the Falcons by the media, I do not want them to win a damned thing and them losing home field and having to go to either Philly, GB, or god forbide Chicago, would just be the best Christmas gift ever.

Atlanta is the only team I want to beat the rest of the year.

Yeah I want to beat Atlanta too. I want them to lose homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. If they get homefield advantage, they probably will get to the Superbowl and possibly win it. It would make me sick to my stomach being the only team in the NFC South never to win a Superbowl.

I'm going to sit here and pull for the Panthers like crazy, and be frustrated as hell when they lose.

But it is easier to get over knowing we have a silver lining in the draft.

Could you imagine if this had been last year without a number one pick to fall back on????
