He shouldn't have let Mike Nolan leave, that was one of his dumbass mistakes. I know they have Lloyd, but what if they had Brandon Marshall AND Brandon Lloyd. and Mike Nolan coaching the defense. He tried to pull off those Belichick moves, but as we all know, hes not Belichick
