Honestly if Lafell had halfway decent throw placement he'd make a lot more catches but having to completely turn around and stretch out for a ball only to put your fingertips on it, does not make for a conducive situation for a rookie receiver.

well, the rookie excuse is getting old for all of the ones that start. other rookies seem to be making an impact on their teams.

I think LaFell is going to be really good in the coming seasons. He makes the crazy catches but no the easier ones. He's got a solid frame though. I expected him to drop some passes today all rookie WR's do.

well, the rookie excuse is getting old for all of the ones that start. other rookies seem to be making an impact on their teams.

He's playing a position that is directly dependent on another player for success, and when you have to depend on one of the worst starters in the league (this year at least) then you won't be making a huge impact. He's shown a lot of ability so far this year and good coaching will help him improve the other areas of his game.

how in any way, shape, or form is laFell like Jarrett? Jarrett was just dumb, but could catch anything in the area code.....
