I think it's quite possible that they are making calls and such in their offices, just not being public about it.

Well, since there's no defensive coaches, we probably didn't get much scouting on the D side of things.

If I had to guess at this point, I'd say Herm is the new DC and they are trying to put the whole pie together before making any announcements. But that is a total guess on my part.

I think Coaches are there more to just observe, SCOUTS do the evals.

While coaches get the final say, SCOUTS produce all the info to make that final say.

It doesn't hurt us that much, but it doesn't help us at all either.
