Man, I was reading through some of these other Camus quotes, and they are all so great.

People think existentialists are all about angst and misery, but there is a lot of hopeful practicality in Camus' words.

I like this one:

“He who despairs of the human condition is a coward, but he who has hope for it is a fool”

And this one:

You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.”

sounds like you're the one setting themselves up. If you arent optimistic than you'll never make it, the mind is a powerful tool, try using it
