That's what she said.

More like some underprivileged asian young male slave worker, who is spending his 8 hour shift playing world of warcraft to sell the gold he farms to feed his family and when he takes a break, the slave driver tells him to post about his owner's other business, the sweatshop.

Lucy user name probably comes from I love lucy since the tv programming they get is years behind normally.

I really hope we take a TE with the 3rd round pick if there are any top 3 prospects still waiting. If it looks like we can still get a monster in the 4th though, I can (maybe) wait until then.

Jeff King has run his course imo. He's a nonfactor in the passing game and regardless of our QB situation, we need to have a TE to open up the middle of the field. Rosario's run blocking isn't the best, but he's definitely becoming a factor in the passing game. I also don't understand why Barnidge is never used. I swear, it's as if they radio down to the QB who to target. Let Rosario, Barnidge, and whomever we draft (if we draft a TE) battle it out in training camp.

I still believe in Charles Godfrey. For all the people that were hating on him after Peyton "I'M A WHITE RUNNING BACK LOL RACE WAAAAR" Hillis trucked him (and yea... it was bad. Peyton even got down on one knee to declare that he was a God damn man after sheathing Excalibur into the endzone), how about how just a few snaps earlier he was th-><-is close to getting yet another pick. Godfrey is like mini-Chris Harris, and I can live with that, so long as he is able to control his need to hit something and doesn't get put on blast in coverage. He's responded well to competition, and I think a contract is going to motivate him.

Yaye Geoff Schwarz! Words cannot describe how happy I'll be if he's able to continue his steady improvement and be ready to take over at LT when Gross retires/contract lets up. Unless he ends up being trash. Then I'll be sad.

I agree with all except Otah is a good pick because he has given us 2 really good years. Bernadeau is poor because he has regressed and ended up getting benched.

No I agree that Otah was a good pick. If this season is an anomaly then we have one of the better (top 16-20) RT's in the NFL.

Do not read too much into Bernadeau's benching, he was performing no worse than everyone else on the line, he was simply the 'young guy' and Fox felt he needed to change something. He has a good % play in the passing game for not giving up pressure, however his problem area is the run game and thus why he is much better at LG than RG.

People will shoot me down, but Wharton has been a liability in the run game this season. Williams is not an NFL calibre player...

Connor is not elite.

Also, Godfrey can still be a good safety. He's one of the more athletic guys on the team. If he finds consistency he'll be good.

Connor is an elite MLB. It's understandable if you disagree, but there are perhaps 10 other MLBs/ILBs than have been as good as he is against the run. His production has trumped Beason's when he has been in the middle and just look at the jump in teams running on us since he has gone down...

Connor is not an elite line backer, but he is almost perfect for our scheme in just crashing the line and disrupting the running game. He also is a very good blitzer. That is why he is an elite MLB, because everything a MLB needs to do, he does incredibly well. We sub him out in passing situations and nickel packages, so we do not even ask him to be in coverage much at all.

The thing with Godfrey and why teams need to give 3 years at least, is that often it takes time for players to 'get it'. Godfrey has the most starting experience out of this entire draft class for us and almost all of the other picks have surpassed him in his effectiveness.

There just comes a point where athletic potential has to be forgotten about when the player costs us time and again. Like I said, he has some terrific games, but his mistakes and poor games FAR exceed the amount of good plays and games he has had.

We run a version of the Tampa 2, which requires the MLB to play deep mid-field. Anything that goes deep in the middle of the field is the MLB's responsibility. So no he's not perfect for the Tampa 2, however I am very high on Connor and his run stopping ability.

Would I call him elite? Absolutely not, has had limited playing time, in which there is not enough to evaluate his performance. No Pro Bowls. He's a player on the rise, but to call him "elite" is not sober judgment.

If 10 other guys are just as good as him in something then thats not elite..IMO.
