Clarification/Questions regarding Luck

I'll be honest, I haven't watched this kid play more than a couple games and am mostly familiar with his Sportscenter Top 10 highlights that come.

Been hearing his game compared with a young Manning, Elway, and others.

I was quite young when Manning and Elway were in college, and haven't seen much of Luck at all. What specific abilities and aspects of his athleticism resemble that of two Hall of Famers during their college years? How do his stats compare?

I like what I have seen/read/heard, and would support the man %100 as I do Clausen or whoever is our starter on Sundays for that matter.
