Jesus man this is terrible...Call medicade folks or anybody for help. My cousin was shot in NC many years ago while he was on a pay phone he had no insurance and his medical bills was around 400,000 or something like that he was shot 8 times and lived.

almost forgot the state covered all his expenses.

Luckily my wife found a place in Charlotte that will do the ultrasound for 100.00, which we can come up with.

My grandma was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in July. They gave her a little past Christmas to live. As of now after about 6 chemo sessions, the doctor said they don't see anymore cancer, only scar tissue around the lungs now.

I know you don't have lung cancer or cancer at all, just something that may help you out mentally.

Thank you. While serious this could definately be a lot worse, so I'm thankful for my situation. Even if it would turn out to be an aggressive cancer I'd still go down swinging and with a smile on my face.

Hopefully it doesn't come to that, but God has a plan and I trust in it.

A similar situation happened to a guy who lives on my road. He went in for a regular checkup, and the doctor noticed a tumor on his liver. They said he'd likely have just months to live.

He decided that he didn't want to spend his last months dealing with chemo, and instead invited his preacher and other church members over to pray with him for several hours.

He went back to the doctor about a week ago and they can find no trace of the cancer.

I'll let people take away from that what they will, but miracles do happen all the time. That's not to say you need a miracle right now, of course, but like YourMomsLover said (man it's weird typing that), it could give you a little hope (which it sounds like you have plenty of that, too).

Good luck! You should be able to work out a payment plan for most of the stuff!!! My wife is going through a bunch of medical things that have just wiped us out... Prayers are with you!!!! All you can try and do is just keep your head up, times will be very tough but dont forget to keep your head up! Prayers for you and your family!

By the way do you have a family hx of liver dx or what... 33 is really young too have this stuff going on...

Well, no congenital Hx, mom died of cirrohsis, but that was secondary to alcoholism.

I've had a lot of issues spring up since back surgery, there's has to be a link.
