The players love him, which is part of the problem now..Complacency has set in..they may say they are playing hard, but reality is their is no accountability and this season was shot before it even started. I didn't want to believe it at the time, but their was pretty much no chance of success the way this team was built this year with a coach that had gone stale.

They played hard and lost. I commend Ken Whisenhunt for having his team coming out and playing hard for him. They only lost by 21 points. It could have been much worse from what I seen.

I have no doubt that this team IS playing hard for John Fox. All you have to do is listen to what the players say about him. And personally, I don't believe Fox has thrown in the towel, either.

What I DO believe is this... he has finally reached his limit here with the fans, the local media, and the FO. His style of coaching just isn't going to fly here anymore, especially with being as young as we are at QB, and other key positions.

It takes time to develop rookies, and he just doesn't have that luxury any longer.
