I used to love Arnie on SNR. Not sure how he will do on a more local level. especially in the South, but, you really have to give new talk formats/hosts time to develop before you make judgement.

Also not sure how he will mesh with Taylor Z.

So is it official that Taylor and Arnie are co host together, or is it still just a trial thing? I only caught the middle of the show yesterday.

I still think it's strange that Packer just left without giving his listeners some kind of heads up, and the station barely acknowledges there's a change. I just feel like Packer really didn't think this one through, radios not like TV and it's not going to be a Team Packer movement with people following him to his new station. Most people are still going to listen to WFNZ and most of his usual cohost and guest are going to stay at WFNZ.

I liked Arnie back in his SNR days as well. It'll be cool to hear him on a local level. Should be interesting to see how some of the idiot regular callers respond to him.

Not defending Packer, but his show became the only one I listen to now during football season compared to when I use to listen to WFNZ all day long. Now, I find no need to listen at all.

I didn't like Packman and all his useless banter, however I would listen during Panther Season for some panther talk.

I have no use for this station anymore.
