If Luck continues to light it up, I would be surprised if he came out and didn't get selected #1... and I think we'd keep the pick, personally, because I like to believe we'll go in the direction of an offensive oriented coach and all the scouts seem abnormally high on Luck.

I think Hurney likes him more than people realize and coming off an injury he won't be expensive. There might not be many other "Vets" out there and we've seen what happens when we have to pick from the bottom of the barrel, you end up with guys who have been babysitting as their latest jobs.

I saw improvement today. I saw it in the Tampa game. He still has a lot of flaws in his game. Fwiw, I don't expect him to be a superstar in his first year, but if he is competent, it means he has a chance to be a very good QB eventually. And if he keeps improving, he might actually be competent by the end of the year.
