Who starts: Stewart or Goodson?

If J.Stewart is cleared to play Sunday, then who starts? Williams/Stewart haven't been able to put up a 100+ yard rushing game this season. Goodson has two in a row. Stewart may very well be the starter, just from last years tape alone, but if it's from a John Fox prespective: "gives us the best chance to win", then could it be Goodson?

It depends on how well the line is blocking. If they get some movement Stewart can get some carries, if not Goodson needs a bulk of the carries.

Goodson is a better reciever as well so that helps as Jimmy spread the ball around very well last game.

Stewart will be totally ineffective until the O-line can give him some holes to run through.

Honestly I'd let Stewart make the decision. Goodson is playing great, but it's not worth benching Stewart. If we had more than 1 win I might look at it differently.

it's sad when everything is going so bad that the person who gives the best chance to win is the one person who has the greatest chance to fumble the whole thing away.

well, the OL has opened holes for Goodson the last 2 weeks. Can't argue against that. Sure, he creates some on his own but holes have been there. If holes are being opened up to run in then Stewart needs the carries.

the Browns are good against the run so there probably won't be good holes. In that case, Goodson should get more reps b/c he is more dangerous w/ Clausen checking down to him.

Goodson would get the start for if i were fox, but im not, so who knows. Probably will be 2/3 Goodson and 1/3 Stewart regardless of who starts.

if Stew is 100%, let him start, but go to Goodson if Stew is having trouble getting it going.

Goodson has done nothing to lose his job - yes he started the season as the 3rd choice, but right now he's our #1. It's all about what you've done for the team lately in this league and Stewart has done nothing.

Goodson certainly has looked the part of a starter and an all down back but has completely cured himself of the fumbling issue?

This could be the start of a great long career for him, but he's got to do something to make himself look meaner. . . like wear an eyepatch or something.

Courtesy, loyalty and patronage says Stewart should start but if he can't get it done, its like Janet Jackson said, 'What have you done for me lately'. Goodson has it going on with this bullshit line for some reason. Can't figure it out all I know is we have alot of talent and this crap of not having any vets is bull, we have enough, just lead.

I agree...Goodson has been a lot more decisive with his cuts. Even when there is nothing there he can make a move or two and pick up something whereas Stewart would go right into the like for no gain. Dont know what his deal is this year but he looks as bad as our QB's or oline has this year.
