Peters to start tonight

I don't know why the hell Peters will start tonight after Cam has had 3 days between games. Anyone have any logical explanation to this???

He was still on the bench in full gear. The decision not to start him cost us the game.

I wish he would have just stayed with his wife and kid. Showing up and not playing just killed us. Which, we were still in it and I believe would have eventually taken the lead had Peters not lazily tossed a puck to the blue line RIGHT AT Ovechkin. Stupid as hell. Our defensemen need to get better defensively, offensively we can't over-skate EVERY puck. We didn't take nearly enough quality shots when we had opportunities in the first 2 periods. I think THAT is the biggest thing that hurt us.

Yeah we needed Cam tonight. I understand that his wife had a baby and all but to see him there dressed to play was pretty b/s. If Peters got hurt a minute into the game Ward would have came in but he wasn't good enough to start? Crazy. Mo better get this team where it needs to be pretty fast.
