Come on Man!!!! SLJ I know you watch every game just like me... Don't exaggerate the situation. I think I still have a game on tivo I can send you... Yes there are SOME break downs in protection, but it's far from every passing play. You guys make it seem like literally every drop back is met with pressure.

It does happen more than it needs too, and when it does happen it makes it seem like it's every play but it's not. I swear the best thing to do is record a game and watch it back and actually look at the plays objectively.

.

For the people riding Jarrett's ass about not running routes and getting open, I sure haven't heard many complaints about LaFell, Gettis, Smitty, or anyone else doing the same...

Sure, we get lucky with a fade (Gettis this past week) or a 7 yard out route on 2nd and 12 from time to time, but our passing tree is laughable... I've said it before on here and I will say it again and again until they fix it, and every team in the league will back me up...

If you can cover the 7 or so routes the Panthers use and clog up the running lanes, you can beat them easily...

You don't fix all that by drafting a #1 QB... That is all I'm saying... There are bigger fish to fry, and why not fry those first?

BPA.

If we pick first, and Luck declares, he's the pick. It's really only between 3 players at this point, anyways. We just drafted three WR, two of which are playing really well for rookies, and I'm not sure a CB, talented as hell or not, is worth spending the #1 overall on. Even if all three were huge needs, BPA would be Luck by a landslide.

To everyone screaming for a trade down, stop. Barring the new labor deal and a rookie contract system in place, nobody wants to spend the price of high value picks, plus assume the monster contract trading for the #1 will warrant.

It'll be Luck if we're picking #1.

I f ucking hate Colin Cowherd with every fiber of my being. He's so arrogant, yet so idiotic. Hope you guys get your wish though...

I really think that if a CBA and rookie limits are set, we will trade down... That will be the most valuable move to us... especially considering last year's fiasco...

For every Luck, there is also a Couch... and for every Couch, there is also a Brady...

Thus is the crapshoot that is the draft... Look at the Pats and the value they get out of their picks that they stockpile after the first round...

That maybe the case, but look at the cowboys.... Traded a bunch of picks for Williams, Had Austin on the roster, then drafted Dez.... I thought the pick was crazy.... but in the long run it will be worth it. He'll right now he's the only player of value on that team. So AJ Green is that and more and we end up with the 2nd or 3rd pick it would be hard to pass on him also.
