Loveland's draft stock got hurt by the terrible QB room for Michigan last year. He looked really good with a QB that knew how to throw the ball forward the previous season. -

Most of Taylor, Arroyo, Ferguson, and Helm are all TEs that should be there in the 3rd/4th that can be solid NFLers IMO. Sure, they aren't as good as Warren/Loveland and most of them are subpar run blockers, but I would much rather have our top pick for defense (whoever we feel that is) over a TE. If Bowers was in this draft, I would have been all over it at 8. There just aren't many TE prospects like Bowers that warrant being picked in the top 10 - last one I can think of is Tony Gonzalez (Kyle Pitts managed to get there because of his freaking athleticism) -
Honestly Loveland might be the better prospect of the two depending on who you ask. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
