I hope to god a college coach doesn't get the job. There are two very different skillsets needed to coach at the college level and the nfl. So hopefully its not Harbaugh. Get either Cowher or an up and coming coordinator imo.

- Richardson has always held the philosophy that it's better to build your own star than acquire someone else's.

- Cowher wants a lot of control. Richardson prefers a split approach and is tied to Hurney having the final word on football matters.

With those things in mind, how likely do you think Cowher getting the job is going to be?

Slow down there Sparky, the Panthers have only had 3 Head Coaches in history. Not like their were other times JR paid big money for a "retread" HC.
