At this point, how can you justify Fox not being fired?

It's not about improvement, it's about accountability. It's his job to get the players to play better, and to win games. He's not doing either. He's made it clear he doesn't believe he can win with this roster, yet he won't do the honorable thing and resign. (And yes, I do believe if you think you can't succeed with the tools you have, you're admitting before you even start that you will fail.) So yes, for insubordination, incompetence, and just plain ineptitude, I want his ass fired so hard people that look like him will be out of a job.

It's just about accountability??? It starts with the tone set at the top... How hypocritical would it be for Jerry to Fire fox when he is the one truly responsible for our lack of talent of the field? I think with the commitment to the CBA JR made this season no coach would have done any better with the talent with have on the field.

This game has turned into a Offensive game with all the rule changes, specifically a passing game....On paper we have the worst passing personnel in the league and it shows on the field.

I blame a coach when he has A talent and fails to produce.... when you have D talent and don't produce you are not the first person I look to blame.

Coaching can get talented players to produce. It can't turn turds into touchdowns.

You don't believe Goodson, Smith, Gettis (has shown great potential), Rosario (has been solid before the Ravens game) are talented?

Some teams are doing more with even less talent at the Rb/Wr and Te position than the Panthers. Clausen has talent, just not utilized. His play action sucks ass, they need to find a way to help him fix that or god forbid, stop doing play action. that's how horrible he is at it.

Where? The talent on D gets beat up because the O can't sustain a drive. The talented side of the O gets beat up by Ds stacking to stop the single dimension. We have no passing game because we have no QB option.

Better play calling would make this O better. Opponents and even broadcasters have said how predictable this O is. If the D knows what you are doing it it tough to beat them. I think Clausen would be better with a better game plan and better game management by the coaching staff.

How did Dallas suddenly get better? My point is it is not alway the players. Have said for years that this team has been under-coached.

That being said, I do not think we have a coach to take Foxy's place that can do what Jason Garrett has done for the Cowboys. What firing Foxy would do is send a message to the players that we believe in them. A message they need since Foxy has already said he didn't.

Dallas has a MUCH better team than we do. The coaching change gave them a boost. Bring in Bellichick here...we'll still suck. Fox isn't causing them to suck, they are. Injuries, crappy QBs, rookies starting...no one can win with that. But one man was responsible for some of that, and it wasn't Fox.

This team is better than their record. I did say we do not have a good coach in waiting as the Cowboys did. Coaching change might not change the outcome now, but would send a message of support to the players...and even to the fans.

What play calling do you want??? You want the team to try and go vertical? Won't work receivers don't get enough separation, and our qb's don't read the field fast enough to get rid of the ball before they are sacked and forced out of the pocket...

We've ran the ball every which way this season and it doesn't work... Offensive line is not consistent enough and defenses are loading the box because they know we can't CONSISTENTLY moved the ball through the air with our QB's and WR's this year. Some of it is on WR's, some the qb's and some the o-line.... I don't care what pass play you call, if the players don't execute it limits what you can do on offense and makes it easy for defenses to defend you.
