If any of this is true, I love it. Panther fans can't stand and get too loud when they are winning and can't show their displeasure when losing.

Why would they be ejected? What rules were they breaking? If you put a crap team on the field, and continue to employ a lame duck coach who everybody wants gone, you're going to get the bag-heads. Ask the 'Aints of old. Or the Nets and Lions of recently.

If they don't want Panther fans voicing their displeasure, they may as well not let any into the stadium at all. Because God knows there's nothing to cheer about.

Anyway there is no lawsuit as there are no damages. plus a whole mess of legal wording on the back of the ticket.

I would take it up with the team, they don't need to piss more fans off.

I doubt it was just the bags that got them ejected... I was there and a guy was wearing a bag on his head infront of me - he didn't get ejected.

the point is... all of these are unsubstantiated. they are over-reaction in the face of a humiliating loss. people will look for anything to use as a weapon. if a guy gets wasted at the game, spills beer on the toddler next to him, screams profanities, throws his hotdog at the opposing team's obnoxious fans and barfs all over his seat, people will complain that he got kicked out for standing up on third down.

I can totally see JR having fans in the lower levels that are within plain view of cameras dismissed from the stadium.

Granted, I can also see said fans being uncooperative for whatever reason, thus causing their demise sooner rather than later.

Either way, I would demand a refund. If one is not received, I would start to work on a class action suit (if it applies? I'm not too keen on law).
