Offense staff & players should give at least 1/3 of their salary to Def staff/players

Seriously. The defensive side of the ball is working at 33% to 50% more than the offensive side aren't they? That's worth at least 1/3 of their salary that should be given to the defensive side of the ball for putting in work for them, no?

I'm not saying that our Defense is good, but over time, it does make them look like they are getting worse because they get worn out faster and faster.

They had a week to rest and practice. They came out of the gate playing like s**t. Earlier in the season this would fly, not anymore. no excuses today.
