You get a line who actually knows how to block and i guarantee you the qb's the wr's and the rb's all look like quality next year. Oh yeah amd get a coach with a more up to date philosophy and coaching style. To sum it up get this poo coaching staff out the damn door and cut most of these worthless scrubs we have on the o-line.
