Why it's a dumb move - Part Deux

I also want to make a prediction. The first time St. Pierre gets racked by the Ravens D. He is going to come up lame whether he is or isn't. This isn't a chance to showcase his talents, it is just a chance to get killed in a very public manner.

No way he signed up thinking this was going to happen. First real hit and he will be booking it to the locker room as fast as he can go.

You know, it's always possible that St. Pierre is the guy because he knows more about the Raven's D than anyone else on our roster. Presented that way, it makes a certain sense.

Maybe, but the last he was there was when Brian Billick was the head coach and Rex Ryan was the defensive coordinator.

Bottom line...we're not gonna win unless we run the ball and play great defense, and even then it's iffy. So, what difference does it make whether Fox starts a rookie or a vet off the streets? The only way either one of these QB's has a chance in hell of succeeding, is if they finally figure out that short safe passes are the way to go if the running game is struggling. Running twice for a total of 2yds and then throwing a 15yd crossing route on 3rd and 8 that takes 5 seconds to develop, is a recipe for failure even if they could put Tom Brady in there.

I don't think Fox is petty, I don't think he would name a starting QB just to flip the bird to the F.O.

I think Fox honestly believes St. Pierre is the best option they have right now and with Pike and Armanti as the only other options he may be right.

As I've said before, it's plausible to think that St. Pierre is the "tallest midget in the room".

Skipper?

At this point though JR probably wants the first pick and is okay with losing since this season is already so bad.

i don't understand the love for skipper. he's john fox, jr.

meeks is the only person on this team i would hand the team over to at this point and even that is a questionable decision.

This isn't necessarily about who will run our offense the best, it's probably more about who's the least likely to break the NFL single-game record for turnovers.

Run, Run, Run, Punt.

I can't imagine that St. Pierre's timing with the RB's is better than Pike's.
